1. Trading involves substantial risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange (via MetaTrader 5) and cryptocurrencies (via exchanges such as Binance and Bybit) carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. You could sustain losses in excess of your initial deposit where leverage is used. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

2. No guarantee of profit; total loss is possible

No trading strategy, bot, or feature on the Service guarantees any profit or protects against loss. Automated bots can and do lose money, including the total loss of the funds in your connected trading account. Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably.

3. Past performance is not indicative of future results

Any historical performance, backtest, simulation, statistic, projection, or example shown on the Service is provided for informational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee, predict, or indicate future results. Backtested and simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

4. Leverage risk

Where your broker or exchange offers leverage or margin, losses are magnified and can exceed your deposited capital. Margin calls, liquidations, and forced closures may occur without notice. You are responsible for understanding and managing the leverage on your account.

5. Technical, execution, and slippage risk

Automated trading depends on software, networks, third-party APIs, and market infrastructure that may fail, delay, or behave unexpectedly. You accept the risk of:

• Execution risk — orders may be delayed, partially filled, rejected, or not placed at all.
• Slippage — the price at which an order executes may differ materially from the intended/signal price.
• Technical failures — outages, latency, connectivity loss, API rate limits, data errors, or bugs affecting the Service, your broker/exchange, or intermediaries.

6. Third-party broker/exchange risk

Your funds are held at your own third-party broker or exchange, not by StrategyBox. We do not take custody of your funds. StrategyBox is not responsible for the acts, omissions, solvency, security, downtime, fees, spreads, liquidations, or terms of any broker or exchange. Your relationship with your broker/exchange is governed by their agreements.

7. Not financial advice

The Service, including any bot, signal, statistic, or communication, is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. StrategyBox is a technology provider, not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Consult a licensed professional before making trading decisions.

8. You retain full responsibility

You retain full ownership of and responsibility for your trading account, your credentials, your bot selection and configuration, and all trades placed on your account. You are responsible for monitoring your account, maintaining withdrawal-disabled API keys, and using the platform's safety controls (e.g., stopping a deployment or the kill-switch) as needed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrategyBox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. See the Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.

10. Acknowledgment

By checking the acknowledgment box in the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk & Liability Disclaimer, and that you understand you may lose some or all of your capital. This acknowledgment is recorded (timestamp and version) as a condition of connecting a trading account and deploying a bot.
